What a beautiful description. Once again , it’s like a morning meditation. I am awakening this morning at my cabin on a lake in Minnesota and there just happens to be dense fog everywhere. I’m spellbound
I feel like I am riding along with you. Your descriptions are like a melting carmel in my mouth. I savor each word. Thank you Jeff! I've been absent from commencementing for awhile. We had a trip to Scotland and Ireland. Then I came home to undergo a double cateract surgery. Not being able to see clearly, focus or read much for almost a month while my eyes healed was like torture for an older person who loves to be out photographing...everything. I know you understand that. But I'm back with new prescriptions. Looking forward to our newest adventure coming up in another week. I will get to your peaceful place soon. But for now my heart still wanders, seeks new places rather than...a sense of place. Retirement calls for a celebration of freedom to travel...and I'm making the most of it while I can. BTW I'm doing another fundraiser....this time for Maui...if you care to share. Love to both of you. Hoping next summer to spend an entire week sailing the islands.
